Feasibility study on the introduction of a deposit-based reusable cup system
The aim of the feasibility study was to develop a concept for promoting a Berlin-wide deposit-based reusable cup for the coffee-to-go sector. To this end, the ecological advantages of a packaging reuse system for coffee-to-go, including the necessary logistical infrastructure, were investigated. The study proposes a pool system that is at the same time run by the private sector and highly attractive to consumers.
